Krystal Sanders lives and writes in Dallas, Texas. She earned her B.A. in literary studies from the University of Texas at Dallas and is a founding member of the Comet Writers Workshop. She is currently working on her first novel, a speculative stand-alone exploring identity and loss.

Her fiction has appeared in New Ohio Review (spring 2017, online spring 2021 and available to read here ) and Black Warrior Review (fall 2017), and is forthcoming in Idaho Review (TBD).
